These terms are the rules for using veteranmos.com. By using the site, creating an account, or paying for a plan, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The firm may refuse service to anyone.

Terms of Use
Effective October 30, 2026. These are the rules for using the site and buying a plan.
The service
VeteranMOS provides VA claim consulting: a review of records and a written plan, and the other work described on the Services page for the plan you buy. The firm is not the Department of Veterans Affairs, not a law firm, and not an accredited representative. The firm does not file your claim, appear as counsel, or decide a rating. You, a VSO, or an accredited representative still files. Free accredited help is also available through VA.
No guaranteed result
VA decides claims. A plan is analysis and guidance. It is not a promise of a grant, a rating, an effective date, or any other outcome.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy a plan. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping the sign-in private. The email on a payment must be the email on the account if you want that purchase tied to the account. Information you enter must be accurate.
Fees and payment
Prices are the prices published on the Services page at the time you pay. Basic Review and Standard Plan are flat fees, due when you purchase. An Add-On Update and a 20-minute call are flat fees when you add them. Full Service has no fee up front. If VA later increases monthly compensation, the Full Service fee is three times that monthly increase. If there is no increase, there is no Full Service fee. Cards are processed by Stripe on this site. VeteranMOS does not store card numbers. A fee already paid is not automatically refunded once work has started. A refund, if any, is only what the firm confirms in writing.
Files you upload
Upload opens after a plan is purchased. Each account may upload one file. You confirm that you have the right to send that file. The firm uses it to do the work you purchased, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload a file you are not willing to have reviewed for that purpose.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break an account that is not yours, sending malware, scraping the site in a way that degrades it, or using the site to violate the law. The firm may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
The site itself
The text, design, and other materials on the site belong to VeteranMOS or its licensors. You may use the public calculators, rate tables, and news links for your own claim. You may not copy the site or present it as your own service. News headlines and links that point to news.va.gov remain VA’s.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as available. The firm does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Disclaimers page is part of these terms. If a marketing line elsewhere on the site conflicts with the Disclaimers page or these terms, the Disclaimers page and these terms control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, VeteranMOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for a VA decision. The firm’s total liability for a claim arising out of the site or a plan is limited to the amount you paid the firm for that plan. Some states do not allow certain limits, so those limits apply only as far as the law allows.
Ending use
You may stop using the site at any time. The firm may stop offering the site, or close an account that breaks these terms. Sections that should survive — including fees already earned, disclaimers, and this limitation — still apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that location.
Changes
The firm may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change. A purchase already made stays on the fee terms published at the time you paid, unless you agree to a change in writing.
