About
The firm
VeteranMOS advises veterans on the medical development of VA disability claims. We review the record, identify what may be claimable, and deliver a written plan — or remain on the file through a submission-ready packet.
Who we are
VeteranMOS is a private consulting practice based in Wyoming, working with veterans across the country. The background is Aviation Intelligence, public health, clinical training, and the medical side of VA disability files.
Military service covers combined decades of active duty in Aviation Intelligence, with one still serving in the Army National Guard. That work was records, evidence, and decisions. The same care goes into a file: what is already there, what is missing, and what VA needs in order to decide.
Clinical time includes three years and hundreds of hours shadowing Army physician assistants, a clinical medical assistant credential, and volunteer work in surgical care and orthopedics. Medical-operations experience comes from more than 10 years of VA disability claims work, along with time spent improving how healthcare actually runs — reading the data, finding where a process breaks, and fixing it.
Training includes a Master of Public Health, awarded summa cum laude, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with minors in Chemistry and Interdisciplinary Sciences, from Florida State University, along with associate degrees in health sciences and legal studies and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Austin Peay State University. Also included is time as a Biological Scientist IV with the Florida Department of Health, research on emergency medical services data, teaching in biostatistics, epidemiology, and public health, lectures on VA healthcare, and volunteer service with the USO and Habitat for Humanity.
The work sits between service and the claim: reading the treatment records and exams, then laying out the evidence a rater needs. VeteranMOS does not treat patients, practice law, or represent claimants before the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Fees are published before an engagement starts. VA decides the outcome.
